How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to reply within one working day. Technical questions that need the engineering team may take slightly longer, but you will get an acknowledgement the same day.
What should I send with my first message?
Film structure and thickness, the product and its physical state (powder, granule, liquid, viscous), target fill weight or volume, pack dimensions, and your annual volume. Any one of those helps; all five let us specify properly.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Quotations, technical documentation, wiring diagrams and commissioning support are all provided in English.
Can you attend a trade show?
Yes, we exhibit at packaging events across Europe, Asia and the Americas. If you tell us which event and date you are planning around, we can arrange a meeting in advance.
